About Me
I’m Rekha, an Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My counselling approach is mainly integrative I combine Person-centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other modalities to tailor support to each client’s needs.
My practice is solution-focused and client-centred, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empowerment and healing. I have supported many clients in breaking through the circular pattern of thoughts which holds them back from believing in themselves and seeing positivity in life.
